The new Lexus LX 600 is a luxurious all-rounder that combines classic off-road performance with modern features. It is the perfect replacement for the Land Cruiser, codenamed J300, and is sure to be a hit in the United States. Toyota has put all of its suspension and off-road technical upgrades to the test with both its engineers and professional drivers from its Dakar Rally team. The outer dimensions and approach and departure angles are the same as those of the previous model, despite its new style.
The Land Cruiser 300 series has finally been introduced, and more information on the next-generation LX is expected to be announced later this year. In global markets, the Land Cruiser has long been offered with diesel engines, and this generation will have a 3.3-liter twin-turbo V-6 diesel with 304 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque available. Toyota has also mounted headlights and taillights as high as possible to make them less likely to be damaged off-road. The GX inclines even more towards off-road capability and is the smallest and cheapest Land Cruiser option that many in the United States have long wanted.
The engine and transmission are 2.8 inches further behind and 1.1 inches lower in the new SUV compared to the previous one. In addition, Toyota repositioned the driver's seat to make it easier to drive the latest Land Cruiser and reduce driver fatigue. The body of the new Land Cruiser has more blocks and a larger grille than before, making it 194.9 inches long, 77.9 inches wide and 74.0 inches tall with an approach angle of 32 degrees and a departure angle of 24 degrees. We suspect that the Lexus will be launched with a gasoline engine, such as the 3.5-liter twin-turbo V6 with more than 400 horsepower that comes with the new Land Cruiser.
